I knew I was destined to be a writer when I developed an early-age fascination with pens. To this day, I find some of my best ideas come from a good old-fashioned brainstorm with a novelty notebook and a fancy Biro (and yes, I own far too many of both!)
As a journalist I’ve written for the New York Times and London Evening Standard. I also dabbled in PR for a few years, and cut my copywriting teeth as the lead copywriter for UK military charity, Help for Heroes. I’ve been freelancing since 2021, writing about everything from banking to beauty.
I live in Wiltshire and spend my spare time scribbling ideas for novels on post-it notes and petting other people’s dogs (not randomly — pet-sitting is my side hustle which you can find out more about here).
